Artwork: Camera ready artwork is clear, clean, high quality, black and white image that needs no additional touch-up, prep or color separation. Photocopies, PMT's of photocopies, letterhead, fax transmissions, etc. are not camera ready art. Art charges will be assessed based on time, difficulty and materials required at $50.00/hr. Prior approval will be obtained for art charges exceeding $25.00.
Cancellations: Factory authorization required. Orders in process will be charged $25.00 plus all costs incurred prior to cancellation request.
Change of Copy: $40.00 per change. Minimum quantity of item applicable per change.
Change of Ink Color: $30.00 per change.
Color Assortment: Purchase order must specify exact assortment desired of factory reserves right to choose three best item colors to compliment ink color.
Clarification of Custom Orders: Ship dates will not be scheduled until all order questions (imprint color or instructions, item color, etc.) are clarified.
Overruns and Under runs: We strive to ship the exact quantity ordered, however due to the difficulty in manufacturing, a plus or a minus 5% must be considered fulfillment of order.
Payment terms: Cash in advance for new customers, unless prior arrangements have been made. Terms are net 30 days in funds specified. Processing will not begin until payment is received. New accounts require additional two to tree days to process.
Proofs: Paper proof: (black and white) $8.00 Merchandise proof: $40.00 per color.
Repeat Orders: To insure exact duplication, submit sample from previous order. Must provide previous invoice or order number, plus specific item and imprint colors. No screen charge on exact repeats placed within 2 calendar years.
Returned Checks: Due to bank and administrative fees, $30.00 charge per return.
Shipping Discrepancies: If shipment is received short or damaged from the carrier, we must file a claim with the carrier on your behalf, or credit cannot be given. Cool Caddy must be notified within 5 business days. DO NOT discard the original shipping carton, as carrier may want to inspect it.
Backorders: If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you promptly. The item will be shipped to you as soon as we receive it.
Returns: To return an item (in new or like-new condition within 30 days), just complete the return information printed on the back of the invoice we send with your order, and return it with the merchandise in its original packaging (UPS or insured Parcel Post) to : 200-32 Balmoral St. Winnipeg, MB R3C 1X4. We'll quickly make adjustments. We will refund you the purchase price excluding delivery charges.
Fax Orders: Nobody uses a fax anymore do they?
Telephone Orders: Must be confirmed in writing, and marked "Confirmation".
Trademarks: All artwork, designs, logos and trade marks, imprinted on the coozies are reproduced only as examples of the type and quality of imprinting capabilities. They are for display only and are not intended to represent product or company endorsement.
